Dinner and Tricky Tray Fundraiser 

The solicitation letter is now available for you to print and bring to prospective donors.   Please click on the link and modify the letter with the proper addressee before using it.  Also, to avoid asking the same businesses over and over, please send me an email at mafloyd@optonline.net  and let me know who you've asked.   We'll keep a list and keep everyone updated.   I will send a thank-you letter to each donor with our tax id when donations are received.  If any businesses require additional information prior to making a donation, please let me know and I'll follow up with them.

Event Announcement

We are pleased to announce that on March 31, 2011 NJ Freedom will be holding its first annual Dinner and Tricky Tray fundraiser at the Brownstone. The event will run from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. The dinner will be buffet style with the Tricky Tray to follow. The cost will be $50 per person with beer, wine and soda included. A cash bar will also be available.

Tickets for the event will be available next week. Due to the anticipated large response we have reserved the main ballroom as well as an additional side room. We need to fill this place! Please sell, sell, and sell tickets. As an incentive, we have decided to award prizes for the top "3" ticket sellers. Again, please sell, sell, and sell tickets!!!

We are in the process of creating the framework for this special night. In doing so, we are asking for volunteers to help us in the planning and execution of the event. As you all know, this type of project requires a lot of work in numerous areas. We need your help. Any amount of time will be greatly appreciated. Please contact me, Tracy or Joy as soon as possible if you are willing to volunteer. Our contact information is listed below as well as on the NJ Freedom web-site.

Once we get a head count of who will be participating we will then schedule a meeting with all involved to map out a more detailed plan for this event.

As coaches we tell our girls that if they work hard and play as a TEAM they will always succeed. Let's show our kids that as parents we can come together as a TEAM and deliver to them a successful fundraising event.
